• Order information - products purchased, delivery address, order history and related order communications.

• process and fulfil orders and arrange delivery;

Payments on Valsalya are processed through our payment service provider, Razorpay. Valsalya does not receive or store your complete card, UPI or online banking credentials - payment information is handled by Razorpay in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

To fulfil your order, we share the information necessary to do so - such as your name, mobile number, delivery address and order details - with trusted service providers, including our logistics partner DTDC, only to the extent required for delivery and related services.

You can choose to sign in to Valsalya using your Google account. When you do so, we receive the basic profile information you allow Google to share with us, such as your name and email address. We do not access your emails, contacts or files.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped into three categories:

• Essential - required for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your bag, wishlist and preferences. These are always on and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics - helps us understand how the website is used (Google Analytics), so we can improve it. Only used if you allow it.
• Marketing - helps us measure and improve how we reach customers on social platforms (Meta Pixel). Only used if you allow it.

We do not sell your personal information.
